The Boogaloos menu is filled with all sorts of exciting dishes. It is divided into different categories; Breakfast, More Tracks, Drinks, Mood Elevators, Cafe Tracks, and Singles.

There are over a dozen options to choose from under the “Breakfast” category. The first item is “THE BASIC” which goes for $9.50 and consists of two eggs accompanied with fries and an option of either wheat, English muffin, sourdough, rye, corn muffin, biscuit or blueberry coffee cake. You can choose to add ham, bacon, VEGAN sausage, chicken-apple sausage, or andouille for an extra $3.75. You can also add Flank steak with onions for an additional $5.75, or Temple those spuds! For $2.75. The second item on the list is the “BOOGALOO CLASSIC” which goes for $11.00 and consists of two eggs of any style, homemade biscuit, and home fries, stifled in vegetarian herb-cream and covered with green onions. The next item on the Breakfast list is the famous “TEMPLE O’ SPUDS” which is basically Boogaloos’ homemade fries covered with cheddar cheese and melted jack, green onions, salsa, and sour cream. The “TEMPLE O’ SPUDS” comes in two sizes: Full at $9.00 and a Half order at $6.50. You can also choose to lay an egg on top for an extra $2.00 or add guacamole or avocado for an additional $2.00.

The “DESAYUNO TIPICO” goes for $11.00 and consists of two eggs made in a style of your choice, salsa, black beans, grilled plantain cake covered with sour tamarind cream, accompanied by corn tortillas. The “HUEVO RANCHEROS” goes for $10.00 and consists of two eggs on a corn tortilla with ranchero sauce, jack cheese served with black beans, cilantro, and sour cream. The next item on the list also priced at $10.00 is the “BURRITO DESAYUNO” which consists of scrambled eggs and cheese covered in a flour tortilla, served with cilantro, sour cream, ranchero sauce, and black beans.

“CHORIZO – N – EGGS” goes for $11.50 and consists of two eggs scrambled with traditional chorizo, and is served with sour cream, corn tortillas, cilantro, black beans, and salsa. Next in line is “SOYRIZO – N -EGGS” which goes for $11.00 and is made up of two eggs scrambled with Boogaloos’ vegan chorizo. “ZYDECO BREAKFAST” goes for $12.00 and is made up of two eggs made in a style of your choice served with sour cream, corn muffin, salsa, black beans, and andouille sausage. “POLENTA – N – EGGS” goes for $11.50 and is basically grilled polenta with feta cheese and ranchero sauce, served with black beans, cilantro, sour cream, and two eggs of any style. VICKY’S POLENTA” for vegans also goes for $11.50 and consists of grilled polenta and ranchero sauce, served with black beans, cilantro, and sauteed mixed vegetables. “CHORIZO HASH & EGGS” goes for $11.50 and consists of two eggs made in a style of your choice in a heap of chorizo hash with corn tortillas and cilantro. The last item on the Breakfast section of the menu is “SOYRIZO HASH & EGGS” which goes for $11.00 and is made up of two eggs made in a style of your choice in a heap of Boogaloos’ vegan chorizo hash with corn tortillas and cilantro.

Under the “MORE TRACKS” section of the menu, we have four items. “BISCUIT & GRAVY” goes for $4.50 and consists of veggie herb-cream gravy and green onion. “FRIED EGG SANDWICH” goes for $7.50 and consists of two over-hard eggs and cheddar on grilled sourdough. You can add grilled seitan or avocado and tomato for an extra $2 each. You can also add ham, sausage, or bacon for an additional $3.00. Other items under “MORE TRACKS” include “FRESH FRUIT PLATE” at $3.75 and $5.75, and “OAT CUISINE GRANOLA” with yogurt & fruit at $7.50.

The beverage department is subdivided into drinks, mood elevators, and cafe tracks. Under “DRINKS” we have apple juice, cranberry juice, diet coke, ginger ale, and mineral water, which go for $3.00 each, while chocolate milk and Mexican coke goes for $3.50 each, and french orange and fresh grapefruit juices go for $4.00 each.
